Does anyone else have DIC Telecom instead of Etisalat? I haven't been able to use Yahoo Voice for about 7 months now (yahoo messenger works, just not the voice server), but if I go to work and use another ISP (Etisalat), Yahoo Voice works. This doesn't help me when I want to make VoIP calls while I am home. Does anyone else have DIC Telecom problems? When I call the customer service rep, they say "Yes Sir, we are aware of the problem and we are working on getting it fixed." Why does it take 7+ months to fix? I'm paying for internet service that I can't fully utilize, not cool :( . If Etisalat can connect to it, DIC should be able to also...right? :protest:

I'm guessing it's because they don't really want you to use VoIP.
