rudeboy lol i always miss out on the good things :(. loved it when mo here went u can get a ticket from emirates back to uk and he even posted a link to emirates website lol. must be working for emirates then :P.. ok those who dont know but locals do get discount when it comes to paying bills. scarlet So DEWA announced a new program today to help reduce water and electricity consumption where they will scale the costs up if you use over certain amounts. Do locals pay? Is this another stealth tax, more inflation? ^ian^
