Now that my son is with us in this world, my thoughts turn to looking after him in the future and what happens upon my death or heaven forbid if my wife and i have an accident.
I am looking for recommendations for a good lawyer who can help me construct a will to look after my assests both here and back in the UK should anything happen. Also to ensure that should the worst happen then my son will be looked after by the people we nominate.
Would be interested in any stories people may have had with relation to this type of tragic incident.
