When financial hard times hit, it’s often charities and support groups that quickly lose their funding and struggle to survive. So to weather the current economic storm, the Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre - a special needs school in Dubai that relies on the goodwill of others to operate - has had to get creative.

Why is the Ghutra agal wearing dude wearing a suit and tie ? I think only Jordanians have have combination but they wear a black and white cheqeured Ghutra with one side crossed over.
