I'm not experienced in the downtown rental market, but in the Emirates Hills and Sheikh Zayed Rd area near Internet City, Media City and Knowledge Village - the rents are above 60,000 AED per year for a small one-bedroom apartment. A two bedroom villa in the Springs costs between 80,000 to 100,000 AED per year.
Anyone know the price ranges for renting downtown?
