Hi guys,
For 5 months my company has not paid me my full salary - 25% less than my labour contract states to be exact. Now the sponsor wants to close the company altogether and cancel my visa without giving me settlement for the outstanding back-pay.
My residency visa started in February so I've been with the company for 7 months only. I've only received my full salary twice in that time.
I've been advised to go to labour court by people, what are your thoughts? Should I file a complaint in the hope that I get my settlement? I don't even want to leave the company but the sponsor wants it closed.
Cheers, any help would be appreciated.
David

First contact the Ministry of Labour and file a case with them.

Yes, you should go file a case. It's an inconvenience but you have to do it if you want to be treated fairly.
