Hi - I'm looking to set up a company here, it will only be myself, Idon't want to go in with an Emirati but want sole ownership. I will spend some time in the UK but the majority Dubai.
From a cost point of view, does anyone know whether it would be better to set up a UK company and avoid tax by being a non UK resident, and staying on a visit visa in Dubai; or getting an FZ license here.
Timescales are quite tight so not sure how long it takes for licenses to be issued etcc. I hope I have made myself clear, the company would be a small recruitment firm and appreciate it isn't easy to get a license for that. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
