I know the free phpBB forum contains free themes that you can change, or
maybe your version doesn't contain that? Hm..
Also, when we are talking about this, is there any possibility to make the
whole forum "thinner"? I mean, it's 100% width now. What about making it
a little bit thinner so it won't be to big or messy when you enjoy the forum?
I think 100% width is bothering a lot.

We will make a custom design, that's why.
Also there are things that are not evident in the design of the forum like Search Engine optimization that requires time, knowledge and effort to accomplish.
Regarding the width.. I think you are right..
