Can somebody tell me whether a Russian driving license be converted easily into UAE driving license ? Is there an official web site where the list of countries (who's driving license are accepted in the UAE) can be found ?

I checked Dubai Police's website () and it appears that it is not possible for a Russian driving license to be changed to a UAE one.
The list of accepted countries is listed here:
