Answer will of course depend on size and make of vehicle and the period of lease - weekly, monthly, annual.
There are many around so shop around and pose the question to your employer of who is the preferred company - its a good starting point, as you would get corporate rates from them.
Small (<1.5L: Corolla, Civic, Lancer) ~ AED2,000/Month
Medium (2.0L-2.4L: Camry, Mazda 6) ~ AED2,800/Month
Large (>2.4L: Lumina) ~ AED3,600/Month

I just recently made enquiries for someone in Dubai. To get better rates you should try and use your company. Private leases etc are only for 1 year, companies can lease for longer and hence will get better rates.
To be honest, I would hire a car for a few months and then buy one1
