The company has several projects in Romania, including the construction of a 5 star luxury resort in the Transylvania region of the country. The Cold Mountain Resort will be composed of 340 apartments with all facilities. Other projects in the Transylvania region of Romania include the construction of a world class golf resort designed by famous Jack Nicklaus and a holiday village. The Transylvania Holiday Village project is offering the possibility to obtain up to 200,000 euro for each investor from European Union non-reimbursable financing. In Romania, North Capital AS also plans to build 600 luxury apartments in the city of Bacau.
