I see most of the people here skip breakfast either due to lack of time or just laziness.
And some arabs, syrians and lebanese just survive on coffee and cigarettes till dinner. (as per my office demographics)
How many of you are eating a proper breakfast?
Captain Australia
Since the McDonalds on the way to work started serving fake-bacon and egg muffins I'm eating a healthy breakfast everyday now.

Definately eat breakfast. I'm normally starving by 9 am.
Breakfast is a cold cuts sandwich turkey or roast beef + Porridge or bran cereal!

Raidah breakfast helps your body burn more carbs and a balanced breakfast is a key in losing weight as far as I know. If you didn't eat any thing till lunch your body will automatically try to conserve energy and hence will burn less during the day.
Whether you need to lose weight or not, eating in the morning is essential and healthy. Even an apple and some juice would do.

Bourbon is for people whose palate is not strong enough for Scotch Whisky. American adulteration of a fine alcohol (also their mustard is a weak and puny version).

God damn, everyone is SO SCARED OF EVERYTHING THESE DAYS....
Let him alone, big bully :D He obviously very well knows the risks and knows that the media play everything up far worse than it is anyway. Don't tell him how to live his life!! :P
My father smoked 60 cigarettes a day for many years, full strenth like tey used to be, and then 20 a day for many more. During all that time he only had one and a half lungs due to tuberculosis when he was young. he's still alive and healthy now in his eighties, no breathing or throat problems at all.
Go figure, then go and do something that's bad for you for once ;) .
And why the hell do you want to live until you're 90 anyways??? :D :D
Chocoholic
Yeah? MY grandfather swore by a full English breakfast every single morning. And a glass of wine/brandy before bed.
He died at 92 and was never sick a day in his life!

THERE YOU GO!!
It's not 'all' about what we put in our mouths, it's about how we feel and LIVE.

puppypup

Hey Mr and Mrs Heartarrest,
My bet is that you don't take a double cheese with left-over shoarma, a half a liter of the full chocolatemilk together with two cancersticks (ciggies) in the morning, every day? :D
Eat that ;)

Oy it's not my everyday breakfast. Indulging every once in a while ain't gonna kill you. It's living a disciplined, regimented and uncompromising lifestyle, that's gonna get to you first. Besides I'm 22 and superfit, I don't think Mr Heart Disease is gonna be knocking on my door anytime soon!

Breakfast today,
1Zaatr + 1 Cheese Zatr with olives + 500 ml Chocolate milk + Apple with dates and a Chocolate roll.
Breakfast was not filling enough. Left me starving by 11:30
So off to KFC and gorged on Spicy Zingers, followed by almond crunch at Baskins.
And for lunch
Chicken Tikka curry + Chicken Chilli Fry
Yummy!

Actually the problem is living alone. It's real tough to eat healthy then. Even if breakfast is good you manage to screw up on some other meals....

Hi,
Yes most of them skip breakfast. But breakfast is very important. we are starting a day with the breakfast, it will help us to be fresh for the whole day. I used to take breakfast, if I dont have time atleast I will have a cup of milk.

A small breakfast is fine, just to start the body metabolism and so burning calories. You're right, coffee is not breakfast! A bigger breakfast is also good if it means you eat less later, but not if you have a big lunch/dinner also. :)

I have a quadruple espresso each morning though, so I guess I can't really say anything. That's the only coffee I have all day, and I do have it with food. :P
