Send a message to Etisalat. They've usually unblocked sites when I've made a request ( is the only one I can remember they've refused). IMJ

The /user part of youtube has been blocked since this morning. This link was always handy as when you see a video you like you can click on the username and then see other videos posted by that user.
Obviously this worries itsalot greatly as people could use it to contact other people for naughty adult stuff.
