Well it boils down to how much your willing to splurge, and that's the word splurge cos education here is expensive.
The most reputable universities in UAE are AUD, AUS, UOWD, and Middlesex University Dubai.
For an MBA, SP Jain is also quite good.
There are a whole bunch of other universities in UAE, but aint as reputable as the afore mentioned universities.
As far as the job market is concerned the above mentioned uni's are your best bets.
Sorry I didn't see the Masters in Medicine(?) bit. I only saw masters!

I don't think any of those do medicine, and I've not heard of an MBA in medicine - maybe there's a specialisation in hospital management or similar?
There's a limited number of universities in Dubai, or the UAE, for medical studies. Try one of these:
(I don't know if they offer medicine)
- only for girls
- but it's in Ajman
- postgraduate only though
- in Ras Al Khaimah
- postgraduate courses in management only?
- in Ras Al Khaimah
I think for undergraduate courses, DMC and GMC are the only realistic options, unless AUD (or one of the ones Misery mentioned) offer medicine. Or try Dubai Healthcare City - maybe there's something newer there.
