hi, could someone please tell me what is the best area to stay in, close to the internet city. my budget is around 2500 USD per month. are renters usually required to pay the full years rent in advance? what is usually included in the rent - water, electricity, cable, internet?
what could i get for this budget in the area you are talking about? could i get a nice 1 bedroom in a new building or a 2 bedroom in an older building?

You could get a 1Bhk in Al Barsha, the Marina or the Greens.
All are quite close to DIC
