on 26/7/07 I happened to visit Aramex to collect a courier. There was a western arab staff who told me in a very polite way that the system is down and I had to wait. when asking 'how long' he said not sure but I can be seated in the sofa nad he would keep me updated every 5 min. I assumed it would take more than couple of 5 minutes. because of his politeness i didnot argue and kept waiting. after sometime a gentleman entered and went to another filipino staff, she said their system is down but still she can get his courier. and she helped another man too. then i had to break my vow of being gentelman and staright away went to this lady who got my courier too. The first staff was polite but at the same time he could be more helpful. My question is should we waste our time being nice?
