I saw some workshops near Al Khor RHD export automarket.

I would be careful about attempting this here. Its a big job and should really only be done by a big garage. A friend in the UK converted an old MGB he bought in the US from left back to right and the thing caught fire and burned out because the wiring loom was not properly installed.
