Hmmm ok help me out on this one!
I currently share a big villa with my folks, who're moving to Oz in September. THe landlord has agreed that I can take over the lease and he's been resonable and given me a really good rate for the villa, which is big and has 3 bedrooms.
The rate he's given me makes it very affordable for myself and one other person, and just stupid money if I were to sublet both rooms, but I'd rather not.
So I will be looking for someone to move in with me a bit later on in the year. Any suggestions on looking for and vetting potential housemates? Not so sure I want to live with another girl, as they're messy and bitchy and do my head in, but we'll see.
