I am moving out to Dubai and am concerned that my accommodation allowance is not going to cover the cost of an apartment in the area that has been recomended to me - The Greens.
Could somebody give me an indication of how much a 2 bed Apt will cost to Rent here?

usually 120 to 130 k in the greens and barsha (good buildings)
yeah he can get a villa in the springs for the same price but he will pay much more for DEWA bill and garden maintenance.
so it is more economical to go for an apartment.
Also during the rain weeks... in the springs, your roof will leak.

Also I'm not sure if yesterday was an exception or the norm but I gave a friend a ride into to work and to get from the greens roundabout to back on SZR at about 7.30am took me over 20 mins :shock: I'd hate to see it when all the neighboring buildings are finished.

well, yeah it is the norm everyday, if i leave 7:30 or after will take you this long, 7:10 to 7:20 you are on the safe side, it will take you only 5-10 min.
thanks for my all wheeler i do get through construction sites and cross the construction sites to the street that leads to the round about , do U-turn and i spare myself 20 minutes in this round about.
