I am a bachelor living (alone) in a studio apartment in al baraha and I am planning to add another 2 bachelors or a couple in a well-partioned room within the studio apartment.
2 bachelors more @ Dhs 1250 pm or a couple for Dhs 2500 pm.
It is in a new building , ground floor, neat and clean (and safe).
