A Silver Lining for Brits in Dubai...For How long???

Tom Jones The UK sterling pound hit a one week high against the US$ today at 1.41, after dropping to a 23-yr low against the dollar last week. The Brits in Dubai who are paid in AED, and who were hired when the Pound was above $2, enjoyed a windfall gain of nearly 30% in their earnings. Will they continue to rejoice at this gain? Not for long as analysts expect the $ to decline back down in 2009. Sorry to be a bearer of bad news!!! :( :(
uaekid who cares ? they are all getting sacked .. sage & onion
You wish  uaekid
it seems it is their wish sage, they are being all enthusiastic about it ! but it is really bad out there , Just in the news last nigh, over 25,000,000 will be unemployed this year. smoggie
Hahaha. In an ideal world, yes, you would love to see the back of us (Multi-National workforce), but you know as well as I do that that will not happen.
After numerous attempts at "Emiratisation" I think the powers that be also know that to be true.
Simple fact: You and your brothers are not up to it!
You have been pampered all of your lives and you have no work ethic.
Unlike Oman or Bahrain, where locals will do "ordinary" jobs, Emiratis would rather go for a waxing than put in a day's work.
Look at any coffee shop during the day.....a sea of neatly ironed dish dashes!!
We have all heard the stories about locals being hired and then never seen again (so that companies can fulfill their quota of locals). Suits everybody I guess. I think Yousef Islam even pointed this out a few years ago.... to some annoyance!
Even in these desperate times for Dubai....the skilled worker will be sacrificed above the local free-loader to avoid local discontent with it's rulers.
So in reality - You are stuck with us old chap uaekid what can we do if our GOV spoiled us this much, we are not meant to slave , work under the sun , work 14 ours , live in tiny rooms , drive an economy second car or wear cheap cloths, we are masters and we need you here badly, thin of your self as a walking entertainment object, not more than that.. so yes ...in reality - we are stuck with you old chap sage & onion
Do you really know how pathetic you sound? uaekid We all can say hurtful things , can't we sage ? smoggie
Why do you feel it necessary to make an ass of yourself?
Your stupidity strengthens others arguments and points of view.
Either say something sensible or keep your mouth shut.....a bit of friendly advice old bean LOOOOOOOOL! sage & onion
You are certainly not hurting me with these kind of statements. You do have to be honest however, and by criticizing everything that is done here for you by the Expatriate population but never contributing anything to better the situation is pathetic.

1 Dubai Jobs .com The First Place to Find a Job in Dubai
uaekid and what you said is sensible ? or a stereotype ? how could they succeed in the Emiratisation project when they couldn't force it on the privet business and the privet businesses can't or wont pay locals what the expect , they are happy slaving foreigners for less, you know that and you don't mind it cuz after all you are getting paid than you use too back home plus the no tax deduction it is a fact, to make more profit for them , it is a business after all. So don't get the locals into this Regarding GOV sectors In AD all GOV departments will be 98% localized by the end of this year , it is in AD announced agenda and they got about 75% so far. they have to do this cuz an estimation of 25,000 graduate locals are unemployed. work ethic ? us ? you are the ones in jail and getting deported bcz of fraud degrees and steeling from companies, you are the ones fleeing out side the country with out paing your loans to banks, you are corrbting all kind of businesses and did this to dubai, you your selves are crediting the booming of dubai economy to you and look what happened to it . I understand your defence machanisim toward the subject , I understand you don't want to lose your job , you have my sympathy but get the locals involve in the subject.. This country jumped and has grown so fast it greated the 5,000,000 jobs in a couple of years, so even if we were all to do all the jobs avalible we wont be enough since we are 900,000, do the math if you know how kanelli Sage, only if all the expats leave will they understand. muslimbangladeshi The Brits can be kicked out. In fact all Westerners can be sacked. If UAE needs it, it can employ other Arab nations or brotherly countries' nationals as first priority followed by Japan or such advanced countries with friendly ties. TheChoosen
So Bangladesh is excluded    kanelli Nah, Japanese would start complaining immediately too, and coming up with good suggestions for how to improve the country. Besides, they would be corrupting the people with all the sake and sushi, and all the se.xy women's fashion from Tokyo. You'd want all of them out too. smoggie
what do you mean "brotherly countries"???
Last time i checked the UAE was in alliance militarily and economically with the west. what are you talking about muslimbangladeshi UAE is not a member state of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization). I don't know which military alliance you're talking of, I can only think of Gulf Cooperation Council which is close to uniting in all forms. The countries that share many similar aspects to Emirates in terms of culture, religion, language, norms, taboos, and so on perhaps form the sphere of 'brotherly countries' for the UAE or any similar countries. Chocoholic Right - so that's why the USS Theodore Roosevelt, is currently in the dock in Dubai on a trainnig exercise! Chocoholic And just incase you were in any doubt, it has been a long standing military relationship:
smoggie
The war on terror old boy!!
Google is a useful tool! smoggie The War on Terrorism, War on Terror, or Terror Wars are the common terms for the military, political, legal and ideological conflict against Islamic terrorism and Muslim militants, and specifically used in reference to operations by the United States, since the September 11, 2001 attacks.
The stated objectives of the war are to protect US territory, break up terrorist cells in the US, and disrupt the activities of the international network of terrorist organizations made up of a number of groups under the umbrella of al-Qaeda.[1][6] BlackburnRovers
ALL private businesses, apart from those in free zones, have at least 51% ownership by a local. Cant they enforce emiratization in their companies?
Maybe they can, but maybe its always nicer to get higher profits than employ expensive fellow countrymen? uaekid
hi kanelli :) Chocoholic
Oh and that's coming to an end very soon! uaekid
most of those ownerships are just on papers daaaaaaaaa what are you ? new to the country? BlackburnRovers
The problem is UAE didndt ask for your advice, nor will it take them. Maybe from your side, you can try to project a better image of Bangladeshis than the one you are giving right now.
Dont want to come across as condescending but people like us try our best to project a good image of our country, and yet some of your posts undo the goodwill created.... BlackburnRovers
Then maybe they should take a more active role in companies that they have a majority stake in? kanelli Nah, why would they take an active interest as long as some money is coming in and they can upgrade their car, villa and mobile phone every year. Chocoholic Exaclty, lets face it all they do it sit there, sign a few cheques. Like I said, all comnig to an end very very soon. uaekid
agree uaekid
this is what I said in my 3rd post..
and for both of you stop trying to get my attention.. get out of this topic... NOW  bushra21
Why is it ok to say all locals are lazy and no one say anything, but when you say one bad thing about someone who is Indian the whole world is turned upside down and your labeled as a close minded racist? Yes,there are locals out there that fit the common stereotype but there are also a lot out there who are extremely hard working and decent people. My friends and I were talking about this the other day -- the difference between people who come from old money and those who come from new money... I don't think I need to explain what I said because they act the same regardless of their nationality. And let's be realistic here, just as not all locals are lazy, not all expats are hardworking...
Come on guys, the local bashing has been getting worse and worse over the years on here, I'm really getting sick of it. uaekid sadly this is not what they wana hear dear, flip it and they will be all ears.. smoggie
Where does it say that all locals are lazy?????
Generally, there is no work ethic because the state pampers the locals.
Why do you bring Indians into this?? We are talking about locals are we not? bushra21
No; unacceptable.
I realize that we all generalize on when we speak on a regular basis, but there is a huge difference between generalizing and bashing a whole community. I mean, how many of the expats here have actually met, spoken with, and made good friends with real locals here... and yes, I said real locals for the simple fact that there are a lot of people here (and by here I mean the UAE) who to pretend to be local while they are not. There is absolutely no way in hell that every expat that has done the above can say that every single one of them were stuck up, lazy, close-minded, worthless peices of sh.it, because that is what is, essentially, being said about them on here. I'm really getting sick and tired of hearing this, what's with the double standards?
Where are the people who became utterly offended with the remarks that were being said about indians in the another thread? Or is local bashing and stereotyping not as bad....
This is disgusting. uaekid
ok I'll go lower to your understanding here... what do you think a wealthy generous country should do to its locals other than provide them with comfort ? serious question. make them work in construction ? or send them for genitors academy, I'm not following you here! bushra21 This is where I disagree with you UAEkid; there is no shame in work. If the individual is not qualified to be a CEO of a company, he should by no means be in that position, regardless of his nationality. Work is work, everyone has to do it to survive. wishmaster
Agreed uaekid no dear I wana understand what he mean by pampering ? we all work and as hard, but they call it pampering bcz we are getting paid more ! they have problems with their private businesses, contracts they agreed too before coming here and blame us for having a better job ? smoggie
Your rulers are very generous with the nationals in this country. This is true. But in being over generous it makes many lazy and destroys the work ethic. it is easier to do nothing and take sponsorship money than it is to work hard and achieve something. Yes. I think that locals should work in construction and ordinary jobs. bushra21
we get paid more because that is how this country works...salary is mainly dependent on your nationality in the UAE, everyone knows this or should know this by now. if we lived in the UK or the USA then our nationality would mean nothing when our salary is in question, it is our skills, experience and where we are applying to work that is looked at. smoggie
Well said! that hit the nail on the head! uaekid define over generous. bushra21 smoggie, if we had to do those jobs then we will. its just that at this time we don't have to so the work goes to those that are willing. it's not the best of situations, i agree...but if you could choose between working in an air conditioned office making 30k a month or work outside in the heat for lets say 5k a month...you would naturally choose the office work. there are locals that do regular jobs and are barely scraping by, but you don't hear about them because it makes the government look bad. there are locals who have no homes and can barely afford to put food on their table... my brother works over 10 hours a day EVERYDAY, he doesn't get a day off and he doesn't complain. he is underpaid and under appreciated at his job but he is still there and still goes every morning and comes back every night. just thought id mention that...you know, as an example... wishmaster Whole Dubai Forum vs uaekid
not fair Bijukakkat uae kid,
you made the point.yessss think!!!! I totally disagree to the fact that all locals are lazy, I have seen personally many peoples who are hard working and having the determination to grow up in what ever the field they are.... :) smoggie
Bushra21....I am completely with you, I know there are locals that work really hard and others that struggle.
My point is that if emiratisation is going to work then locals need to work in all sectors and feel that they are contributing in some way to the development of the nation. It is too easy for many to sit back, take money, land without contributing.
Nationality should have nothing to do with salary and one should get paid what one deserves. What we have now is exploitation. kanelli There are a lot of good points here made by many. bushra, it is true that people shouldn't stereotype that locals are lazy, because there are many who work very hard. I agree with smoggie that paying by nationality has to stop, because it isn't your nationality that tells your knowledge, skills and quality of work. It is your educational background and work history that should speak, not your passport. There is always resentment when some are paid more for the same job just because of a difference in nationality, and rightly so. Just as locals don't like hearing that they are lazy, the "guest workers" are sick of hearing how replaceable they are and how they haven't contributed anything to the UAE. Just something for some people to think about. Tom Jones
Judging from the active postings of the uaekid in this forum, I think he’s one of those “lazy” Emartis you see crowding the coffee shops during the working days!!!
He is the one slouching over his laptop in the corner!!!
Right, kid?? … LOL…!!!!!!!!!
   uaekid
yes but with no laptop :) RedKite I don't follow the parochial , TRIBAL arguments here. It is obvious that Sheikh Mo wanted to develop Dubai from a sleepy backwater overlooking the Arabian Gulf to a world-class modern city , with the best architecture etc. He also wanted it done in QUINTUPLE QUICK time. His plans are supremely ambitious , mind-boggling and superb in many ways. They are also highly expensive and probably over-ambitious. However, to carry them out, there was NO WAY he could merely use Arabs, let alone Emiratis to carry out the plan. EXPERTS in various technical fields had to be drawn in from all over the world. The tool he used was GREED .........TAX-FREE INCENTIVES and a promise of a well-paid tax-free job with the incentive of warm...sometimes TOO hot.....weather !! All rather exciting for the average Brit engineer!! Hence the draw! However, if he was building this HUGE new city, it was obvious it WAS BEING BUILT FOR WESTERNERS TO LIVE IN, because Arabs in a SMALL nation like even the UAE.....let alone DUBAI...were going to be in a minority ! LOGIC!! According to the stuff I see on which I found at the top when I put the search Visit Dubai into Google UK, there is enough being built in the UAE to house 5 MILLION PEOPLE!! That is between Abu Dhabi , Sharjah, Ajman,Umm al Quwain and Dubai...TOTAL! Look at the web-site and try and tot them up. Besides add up your skyscrapers etc and work it out. Read the projected plans on the web-site. So UAEkid, if you are an Emirati, you had better get used to the idea ! When the European engineers , builders, architects etc have LEFT........it is going to need OTHER EUROPEANS to live and work in what is built!! Otherwise it was a waste of time building it!! SO STOP BICKERING AND LEARN TO LIVE TOGETHER IN PEACE!! That is the important thing. If Sheikh Mo wants 15 million tourists.................THEN YOU AIN'T SEEN NUTHIN YET , UAEKID!! Westerners must INCREASE 10 FOLD!! An INTERNATIONAL CITY has been built in the desert, and another one is being built in Abu Dhabi!! If the WESTERNERS DON'T COME............DUBAI GOES BUST!!! uaekid
who said anything about replacing or they haven't contributed to UAE ? but this applies on you since you and the rest of the sheep's are setting all day posting in DF LOOOL
they are part of our culture , I said that before!
not everything applies one everyone and like I said before there are ppl who are productive and the ones who think they are productive.
to tell you the truth kanelli you kind of reminded me of the west when they use to concur the Asian countries and assign themselves as the GOV and military leaders and the ones who get to be paid more than the locals whom they slave in their own countries, is this what you want here ? no thanks, we'll be the boss this time honey,, live with it or leave where ever you wish to get paid for posting threads all day long. get lost RobbyG
Never heard of a discussion?
Its common in this world for people to join eachother in groups and say whats on their mind. Majorities have great influence in our world. UAE kid has to show he got the bullocks to stand against it.
So far, he's enjoying his comfortable lifestyle probably and typing keyboards with his we finger in his big beach signature villa.
It depends on his age (UAE kid), whether Sheik Mo will be able to support him if this world recession will hold on too long. With any good education he might find work at one point. But with this non working attitude he keeps ranting all day on DF about/against Westerners with his foreign 'brother' Muslimbangladeshi.
I have to admit...sabbatical is nice... arniegang
Respect Bora Bora So many sides to the points made in these posts. In the early days Emiratis were treated like third class citizens in their own country. I read an excerpt from the autobiography of Essa Al Gurg. He was a clerk in a bank and the head of the bank repeatedly would hit him in the head with a ledger. Mr Al Gurg became the UAE Ambassador to the UK. Locals may receive larger salaries hired for the same position as an expat but that takes into consideration that the locals are not on a package. If expats added up the plus plus to their salary they would probably come out ahead. I have also witnessed where employed Emiratis received no direction or mentorship from the expats, and they really wanted to learn. Not lazy, came in on time every day, but were put in a corner and left on their own. No incentive was given to them. Going back several years ago the expats (sorry to say, the majority were Brits) were on a paid holiday. There was no competition and they employed Indians who were ever so grateful to have a job. An Indian was considered employable before an Emirati. About 10 years ago I worked in a law firm and a local came in (dressed in western clothes) to pass his CV for a job. He was a qualified lawyer and he was going door to door looking for a job. This broke my heart because I felt that he should not have had to take that route to find a job but he was determined I will always remember him. It seems that both expats and locals have this sense of entitlement. It is unfortunate that the second and third generation locals have no knowledge as to how it was for locals 25 years ago. This country has been turned up side down to accommodate expats and in the process local culture was diluted. Bushra21 you make a valid point about qualifications for employment. I would meet young locals - 23, 24 years old - and when asked what did they do - I could have fallen out of my heels when they would say "I'm a CEO at ......". All I could think was that no one was doing them any favors but sending them to the top with absolutely no experience. With the expats leaving, I don't there there will be enough qualified locals to step in and this is only going to hurt companies further. smoggie Good post Bora Bora uaekid
just having fun with you guys , nothing personal, as a matter of fact I was showing one friend of mine , a specialist in psychology , DF interesting threads that I fight in, and what he told me made me feel sorry for you really. He said ( let those ppl be, the are ppl who couldn't make anywhere else and that’s why they are here, those ppl talk more than they do and that’s why they wont progress in life and only experts in complaining a lot.
The reason I mentioned he is (western) a psychologists is because he did analyses your behavior and it was a sad one that I don't want to mention it other wise everyone will go into psychology discussion and go off track but the main point is that he said let them be, they are not harming you or your country neither any one is Listening
to them so what is all the fuzz about. Bora Bora UAEKid, has your friend told you that it is very possible that you could be a certified narcissist? Or did he get his degree off the back of a box of cereal? Are you here for our entertainment because I find you very amusing. kanelli
 awesome  kanelli uaekid, I don't live in Dubai. 8) RedKite I have no respect for people who don't work.I hate laziness. I am nearly 62 and I work a 7 day week much of the year , up to 14 hours a day in summer in the UK, with 3 businesses , one of them smallish. Now then, UAE Kid. The only reason that you don't have to work hard , is that the Arabian Gulf, or Persian Gulf as it used to be, HAPPENS to have plenty of oil and a low population because there was initially a lack of fertile farming areas to breed and sustain large populations. The fact you HAPPEN to have oil and gas under your feet is not because of any God or Allah.......it is down to luck and GEOLOGY!!.....Full stop! I'm an agnostic myself , and the only man who PROVED what he had to say about mankind was Charles Darwin. No-one else has ever PROVED anything. So the fact you locals don't have to work for a living in the Arabian Gulf areas is because, you have large amounts of oil comparitive to low populations. I was born to WORK!!! The trouble is I carry a lot on my back through my taxes. Those that did not want to HELP BRITAIN, fled to the Arabian Gulf to earn tax free money and dodge UK taxes . If some of them lost money out there .....TOUGH! As for you, uae kid.......Thank your lucky stars you are not in the REAL WORLD........however, Dubai might be about to LAND IN IT!! NO part of this world is totally divorced from the rest. Sheikh Mo has invested heavily in TOURISM........WELL THOSE TOURISTS LIVE IN THE REAL WORLD OF REAL TAXES IN OTHER COUNTRIES!! Your country has built an infrastructure to cash in on those poor tax-paying mugs !! Many will decide they are spending too much on tax at home, to contribute to an economy that HELPED contribute to the global crash , when it was party to the OIL PRICE HIKE TO $140 US a barrel in summer 2008 !! That sparked off this crash , which had been fuelled by highly inflated property ! NOW YOU IN DUBAI ARE GOING TO SUFFER TOO!! AS YE SOW , SO SHALL YE REAP !!!! smoggie
Quality post UAE! Youi do have an imagination after all.
Please get your friend to post on here. I could do with some free help....
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLL!! Tom Jones
Red Kite,
I like your attitude and your pride in your work but there are some problems with your argument:
- The uaekid is obviously not to be taken seriously. He just likes to get everyone riled up. I think he enjoys doing that. A young jokester, you know!!!

- Not all the Gulf people are lying on their backs and collecting oil revenues. There are a lot of hard working Gulf citizens to be found in all the Gulf countries. Some work as hard as you. I’ve seen that myself!!
-The UK expats in the Gulf are not all running away from paying taxes at home. Many are here for personal and professional reasons (adventure, work transfer, better opportunities, the weather, romantic reasons…etc).
- The party in Dubai has quieted down but it’s not over. Dubai has not and will not die. Too much has been invested in Dubai by the locals and by the foreigners for it to be left to die. The current slump will only present buying opportunities. Come down here in a few months and get a piece of the pie for half price!!!! When you sell later on, you can retire in the Bahamas!!!
Cheers!!

Whoehahah c'mon man, where do you get it from...
First of all, we have fun with you and your rants against us. Thats why this is, truth be told, so low key.
Secondly, the matter of the fact is this friend of yours, the Western shrink, probably doesn't know how you think about Westerners the way you do. So If you stopped the elbow crap, and told him how you really think of his family and friends in the 'West'...I think he stopped the psycho talk instantly and get a cricket bat to hurt you ...
We love to see that happen, don't we fellas  uaekid
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL that is a good one for the weekend... yaa and I'm superman
Well my loved ones  , you can relax now ,I can see I did too much damage to your stress level :x so sadly I'm going to leave the country for a couple of days due to extra money in my account  , so I'll see you losers in a week time.
Now this forum can go back in being boring like it use too.
To everyone else thanks for the support by PM :D but don't take things serious, I was just playing around with the guys , they were my toys that I played with in my spare time and now they ran out of battery  LOOOL

chocoholic , I'll miss you girl
kanelli, you will learn to love me :)
my guardian angel, RobbyG How about self-glorification :sleepy2: ...from a sad specimen of rejected semen  RedKite UAE kid, YOU might be playing around, but it is becoming a VERY SERIOUS WORLD out there and not only in the UK . There were RIOTS on the streets of Paris tonight . Oil refinery workers were demonstrating in North east England about jobs being given to Italians in the UK . STRIKES ARE COMING BACK! Don't be arrogant !! I saw Piers Morgan's sickening ,sycophantic programme on Dubai tonight which had a lot of LIES in it. If you listened to MOST on that ITV programme you'd think Dubai was DOING VERY WELL ....and recession proof!! One guy who edits HOT 100 said his villa on Palm Jumeirah was worth SIX TIMES what he paid for it........WHAT....NOW??? When was that filmed? The man was talking rubbish. Property has dropped! IF DUBAI IS NOT A PLAYGROUND FOR THE WEST, THEN WHAT IS IT??? If the west is in turmoil........DUBAI SUFFERS !! Look at the VOLUME of housing and flats that are going to FLOOD the MARKET between 2010 and 2015 ??? Who said "Retire to the Bahamas after profiting in Dubai "? Speculation in Dubai now is more likely to lead to BANKRUPTCY!! Dubai properties could be MUCH CHEAPER IN 2017 THAN THEY ARE NOW!! The programme said that Abu dhabi had given Dubai £9 BILLION STERLING recently !! Not a good sign, is it !! Then Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim said there was $300 BILLION DOLLARS of development in Dubai. Well, since a lot of it is less than half finished SOMEBODY has got to pay to FINISH IT!! HOW MANY BILLIONS TO FINISH IT?? WHO PAYS?? If Dubai is ALREADY ON ABU DHABI HAND-OUTS , it does not look too good for the future. Maybe you'll need to get a job, kid! GREED IS A TERRIBLE THING!! I watched the GREAT WALL STREET CRASH OF 1929 LAST NIGHT. What caused it? UNBRIDLED SPECULATION FOR 9 YEARS PREVIOUSLY........when the good times kept rolling !!! PROFLIGACY WAS RAMPANT IN THE ROARING TWENTIES . Then.....BANG....the bubble burst..........OVERNIGHT!! FROM PROSPERITY TO ABJECT POVERTY .....it had been done on BORROWED MONEY ......and OVERDONE!! I hope that that giant spike called Burj Dubai is not the problem. Has it gone so high into the sky ,that it has BURST THE BUBBLE SURROUNDING DUBAI ???? naruto WOW UAE kid i salut u ... some ppl here need to relax lil bit..loooooooooooooooool RedKite Relax ?? You'll see "relax" in Dubai before long !! The recession is only STARTING ! Who is going to buy all the property and holiday there in NUMBERS? It needs CHEAP FLIGHTS and CHEAP ACCOMMODATION for starters , to even stand a chance of competing in tourism. Why pay for a long flight to Dubai when it is nicer in France Spain and the Canaries on 2 to 4 hour CHEAP flights? Just as well that Abu Dhabi exists! It needs a BIG FAT CHEQUE to bail out SPENDTHRIFT DUBAI!! RedKite UAE Kid, Why don't you respond? If your country has blown all its oil wealth on UNFINISHED real estate, then relies on tourism , it is in for a big SHOCK!! Tourism is very competitive, OIL IS NOT!! If you have oil under your feet, you have a huge advantage without having to be clever. Tourism is very different!! Just as well that Abu Dhabi is wealthy !! Dubai has been PROFLIGATE!! Places like Dubailand may not work!! The main School holidays are in AUGUST !! How can kids go to Dubai in August?? sage & onion
Do a little more research and you may discover that DUBAI does NOT have OIL in any great quantity, the OIL WEALTH of the UAE is firmly situated in ABU DHABI. kanelli uaekid who? DubaiInformationSite the dollar will continue to decline (it already has) in 2009 but so will the pound and the euro. one thing we all have to remember that foreign currency flux is all relative to the strength of one against the other. in today's global recession we are all going down together, however countries with core fundamental strength (i.e india) will gain. the rupee was 50 to a dollar just a month ago. today it is Rs. 44 to $1 USD - case in point The Dubai Information Si sage & onion
The exchange rate still has a way to go before it gets below it lowest ever point. Thats was back in the 80's when Pound almost reached parity with the Dollar. uaekid
sorry I was away for someday... now lets see what we got here .
1-it is idiomatic to say it is the country that has blown wealth in real estate, those are privet businesses daaaa UAE has invested its wealth in buying your countries ! don't you read the news sir ?
and for the rest of your questions they are not proper to me and I don't understand a thing of it. know how to ask a proper question then post it.
