Sorry to say it, but Jobs in Dubai site seems to be a con. It has been posted a number of times on the Dubai Forums not to use this site to apply for jobs through.
It is illegal under the UAE Labour law to charge employees or prospective employees for recruitment or any of the other associated recruitment charges; for this reason the site is not registered in the UAE and no payment is even made to the UAE.
I'm afraid that you don't have much luck of having your money returned to you.
