Hrmm... because there was a dire need to replace concrete and steel with something else right?
Not even sure what the material would be, but I doubt it is the carbon nano-fibre that they use in the new Boeings and still be cheaper than concrete.

Maybe they'll stuff Indian labourers on top of each other and make a buidling out of it. They're cheap.
