Hey All,
If anyone's interested, I have a 3 bedroom + maids room on SZR between Dusit Dubai and Emirates towers, building has 4 pools, a couple hot tubs, gyms, a huge outdoor bbq area, tennis courts, etc. (for those that know me, it is my old building)
The Apartment itself has ensuites for at least a couple of the bedrooms and I think 4 bathrooms in total, all bedrooms also have either a balcony or a sunroom.
The building lease cannot be renewed, there are 7 months left and it'll be in your name, rent includes AC.
Rent is 125,000/12 X 7, about 73k for the 7 months. There will likely be a couple thousand finders/key fee but if I know you i'll get that waved.
This is a short notice thing, if you want it I need to know by today.

thanks man, this apartment isn't mine though but a co-workers, I use to live in a 2 bedroom in the same building. You know what it’s like living in that area you have a villa very near so you know, it is great everything is relatively close and it’s just a nice area.
I'm in the marina now the house is awesome but I’m not sold on the neighborhood just yet, lots of people with attitudes here and the places that I’m use to going are that much further.

Ain't that like living out in the suburbs or country side? Can one renew the visitors visa by going that far? Do they speak english there?
