I currently have 2 Management positions available within the Sales & Marketing Division of one of Dubai's top 3 Master Developers.
The Positions are as follows:
Manager - MIS & Web
We are seeking a manager to assist our Senior Manager in CRM & MIS with the implementation of our MIS & Reporting Strategy in line with the goals and objectives of the organisation. This includes developing the reporting platform and implementation of reports and analysis used for business strategy development, and segmentation and analysis of the customer database. A further responsibility of this role is to assist with the development and progressive update of our web solutions including interfacing our online system with our CRM & MIS systems.
Must have experience with Database and/or Direct Marketing, Reporting Tools such as SPSS/Cognos or other BI tools and a solid understanding database architecture and web technologies.
To boot, you must be sales and marketing orientated. Whilst this is somewhat of a technical position there is a focus on strategy over technology and therefore a degree is Business with a speciality in Marketing or Market Research & Analysis is desired.
Manager - CRM
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Manager - CRM & MIS with the implementation of our CRM Strategy including the development and execution of tiered and targeted campaigns and programs designed to enhance the customer experience and relationship with the organisation.
In line with this, the position will work closely with the Manager - MIS & Web to develop segmentation and targeting programs for our wide and varied customers within the property industry.
The position will require a degree in Business with a strong preference for Marketing or Business Intelligence disciplines.
