i don't know what to do with my 160GB ipod suddenly it hanged, i cannot reset it though im doing the right thing on resetting it, as shown in the manual, one thing i also notice is that when im charging it, it starting to get hot.
can anyone help me about this? thanks in advance

you will need to reinstall the firmware.
Do you know what firmware you are using? If you do, then google pwnage and get the software from the site called winpawn if you are using a PC. It will tell you how to clear, hack and unlock the iphone or itouch
