lots of job vacancies lately on newspaper for afghanistan. you might want to try

the Netherlands, Belgium, Israel and UAE.

I had a great time. Great nature/outdoors. Great nightlife and interesting people with a story to tell everywhere. My favorite place: Elat, paradise on earth!
