Looking for someone who can teach me table tennis. Ive been playing for almost a year now. and i know im not getting any good.
Also need some form of exercise.

its seems shay is the only person who is still looking for a group... there are a couple of good players who joined the thread. maybe we can start our own group.

i use to play in Bur Juman every monday nights for an hour or two with a friend who use to play in college before coming home. I need a group who can help me get better.

so who is still interested. i can organize a "play date".

count me in, whenever you have it hope i`m not traveling, please guys more people need to sign on to this thread and let yourselves known, also we need a place where we can go play!

I am available. I am an okay player, haven't played in a couple of years, but i feel i still have it in me...I think there are some table tennis tables in the Al Quoz bowling centre. A bit far for me, but if nothing else works out, will try to manage.

I checked out this place. It seems okay. There are two tables. They are open from 10Am to Midnight, throughout the week. AED23.50 per table (includes racquets on rent).

guys, I am also interested in playing TT... havent played in about 10 - 15 years but used to be decent back then. Would love to start again, if you could let me know when and where. I stay in Silicon Oasis,so al quoz is fine with me.. Thanks

Like I said earlier, Rahul and I had played at this Al quoz place one day last week. Was okay. something is better than nothing. So whenever you guys are available, give me a ring and we can start playing.

Me and my frined went in to play at al quoz center, well the tables are bad, one of them has a super bad low bounce, the nets are broken and tiles are slippery, i would recommend inzports, we went but it was closed, so will go there today, anyone that would like to join just call up, RockyM might also join us, so it will be fun time, will write back later if we get some thing going today 17th July 10

Check this place out in international city.

Its 25 dhs per hour for a table. If you dont have a partner with you the coach will play with you. But advance booking is required. Plus as for membership its

250 aed per month for 12 hours in the whole month.
350 aed per month for 16 hours in the whole month.
450 aed per month for 24 hours in the whole month. (In this you can come anytime and start playing)

This one provides normal basic rackets to practice.

I will be going there today to check the place out.

Insports is 40 dhs per hour and u need to book the tables as per them.

Sports city and Al musalla tower is not so spacious enough. But good enough.

I am Gazi. Been playing TT in college and then due to work and everyone stopped playing. Yesterday had a good couple of sessions with friends of mine. And then I realised how much I love this game. I cant exactly rate myself but sure am not a beginner. I was wondering if any of you people would be interested in a games as in three days a week for atleast an hour. I am searching for partners. Though I know I am late and people are pretty much booked and stuff I thought of giving it a shot.
