Interest Rate Of Personal Loan In Dubai Islamic Bank

actually i want to know about the interest rate of loan that i want to take from Dubai islamic bank. i have opened an salary account and my salary is 3500. so i would like to take the loan for 4 years or maybe 2 years depending upon the policy. so what would be the interest rate for that ? is it annually or monthly? also can i repay the loan amount within the first year or the second year without any penalty or cancellation charge for that ? please help me on this.
