Ramadan Kareem to all!

I am new to Dubai and so I would like to prepare some delicious Arabian dishes for this Ramadan. Can anyone suggest me something helpful?

By the way, it's roast pork, not roasted. Is that what they say in India?

Hey.. I could share a very simple dessert for Ramadan Just 3 steps

1. Combine strawberries, strawberry juice, skimmed yoghurt and anice together in a blender.
2. Blend for 5 minutes until smooth; pour crushed ice and red colouring and blend again for 2 minutes.
3. Serve in a large chilled glass.

Thanks for that recipe! I tried it and it was awsome! It would be a great help for me if you could post some more recipes like this :D
