Hello ,
I have recently acquired Initial approval for my general trading company. The PRO that I have used is suggesting that to save the cost the office space under his contract could be shared legally as the sponsor for both PRO business and my General trading business is same and therefore both companies could use the same office.
He did mention that the process involves obtaining NOC from building owner and special approval of municipality..which would cost around 5000AED.
If anyone have/had faced faced similar situation please reply as really want to know if it is legal/correct before I say yes to this proposition.
