I second that. Strictly No Lies! It might get you a job in the short-term, but it may get you banned from the UAE altogether in the long-term. There are some Legitimate firms online like freelancer, odesk, guru, Amazon Turk etc. that you can register with. Regostration is free, and you can apply for jobs posted there by various firms/websites etc. It's like a meetingplace where skill sellers and skill buyers meet.

Yeah like raikonnen said, getting fresher-level jobs as a software programmer per se, is difficult in Dubai. You need to gain some more specialized skills plus some experience in that domain, before you plan your switch.
