going back to country...

Hello I am working here in Dubai as a maid since sept 30,2013 up to present.due to some problems in my family I decide to go back to my country.I don't have labor card, and resident card also and I didn't, take my medical exam yet.my sponsor say it in process..is it possible that j can go back to my country?? Pls help.who will provide my ticket.because I'm direct hire my sponsor shoulder all the expenses when I came here..pls help.
