PTP instead of PMP to connect a ISDN PBX

In our new office area we can order telecommunication services from Du service provider. We are interested to order their "Business ISDN 2" product. Means 1x ISDN Basic Rate Interface (BRI) with 2x B-channel. Does anyone know if it is possible to order Point to Point (PTP) connectivity (instead of Point to multi Point (PMP)) to connect a ISDN PBX with Direct Dial IN (DDI) functionality? From the product description it is not visible. Thanks in advance.
