Want to rent the above till April then a friend will join and move to a bigger place.

My work is in Jabal ali, Anyone know where and what prices.

I would also like to consider Hotel apartments, any idea cost and place suitable for jabal ali?

I think u mean Jebel Ali.

Not sure what ur budget is but u'd be looking around Greens, Gardens, Meadows, or Dubai Marina.

Price is around AED60-85k/year.

That is beyond my limits, i'm looking for something around 45-50k

i can stick to a studio if that what i can afford
