Can We Search Job In Dubai With Tourist Visa?

One of my friend is thinking to go Dubai on a tourist visa and look for the jobs there, is it possible and does companies hire and sponsor visa of such people? He is looking for job in hotel industry and want to work in atleast 5 star hotels.

yes it happens, sponsers visa. But it happens in very cases. Plus in Dubai a lot of people comes to find out a job, so mostly employers have no need to call someone on sponser's visa untill and unless he or she is having extraordinary skills or experience.

Many People came here in UAE on visit visa and they found a good job . This is the best way to make your carrier .
