Well…. I just figured out why they are open only from 9AM to 2PM.

Their statistics say that no crime in the city occur after 2PM. So why should they remain open after 2???

Yeah...thats only cos there are no cops on duty to record crimes after 2pm!

They are either asleep, bothering little children down at the primary school or collapsed off their faces outside Fibber Magees!

To be fair..I was approached by one of Dubai's finest to assist them with a troubled motorist the other day and it was NEARLY 4pm. Seems the driver of the Jeep had run out of gas and none of them (driver included) could figure out how to get the gas cap off. There were 2 cop cars on scene and one dispatched to get help. I'm not even kidding!
