Womanising and all that promotes the woman 'trade' which demeans women. Alcohol intoxicate your brain and you end up doing nasty things like cause accidents, mistreat people or do self-harm. Smoking is bad for you and you become a burden on the state when you get fall ill due to smoking.

Yes there are a lot of things which seem personal, but when you look at them closer they have an impact on society.

Dubai does not allow prostitution but tollerates it.
