I am a commercial property valuer from Australia and i'm looking at doing some travelling around the world starting in June 2012.
I have always been interested in working in Dubai and i'm hoping that this forum might be able to help me out with some information regarding my industry.
I am 29 years old and i have completed both an Information System degree and a Property Valuation degree. I have worked as a commercial property valuer in Australia for 6 years, with the majority of my working experience being in the commercial field e.g retail, office, industrial, specialist etc.
I was wanting to know further information on the following questions:
a) What is the job market like currently in Dubai?
b) What type of salary would a commercial property valuer, commercial leasing agent or commercial sales agent earn per annum?
c) Is it hard to find work as a foreigner?
Whilst i have worked predominantly as a property valuer, i am also interested in working in another property related field e.g. property development, commercial sales and leasing etc.
If anyone could help me out with any information, that would be greatly appreciated.
