Hello, This is something an excellent post. However, just a tip for applying candidates. Please make your Resume's according to the requirement of the organization. Do listen the presentation carefully which will be provided to you and then build your case accordingly. Business Consultants suggests that a Recruiter scans Resume for no more than 5 seconds, So the Resume should be so strong that it leaves awesome impact within first impression.
