Need Advice, In 2011 I got an offer with Telecom co at Abu Dhabi, however my Visa got rejected. In 2013 I was again offered the same job and the company has taken all documents and have informed me of applying my visa on 20th October 2013 but even after 5 days no update w.r.t. visa was provided, I assume that even this time same might have been rejected.
In the meantime I have got another offer from a Pvt company from Dubai, they have taken all my documents also.
Can this second company apply for my visa at this stage.
Is there a possibility of visa getting rejected, while one application is pending and other company filing another application.
Can two companies apply visa at the same time. Hope it will not lead to any kind of ban or blacklisting?
If one company issues visa can I ask for cancellation to opt for other?
