For IT jobs it's better to look via linkedin or stackoverflow.

Don't focus on the agencies try the job sites and apply across many agencies

Yes it's hard days you can try any of the companies on the first post of this tread. Beware any comapny who asks you to pay money for processing you CV etc.

As the Dubai job market sucks nowdays I'd like to kick this list into gear again. Any good jobsites (that don't charge) please let me know.

So is any of the jobsites for free.. I mean ive been searching for a jobsite that does not cost me 100 dollars to use.. especially when im only intersted in the hospitality category.. any ideas??

Finding a good job in Dubai (specially managerial/top executive jobs) is really competitive. You must have a brilliant job background with sufficient experience and proven track record of your achievements. BTW, this job market is highly "university degree and certification" dependent. For some certain positions and in some specific Emirates cities, you must be fluent in Arabic language also.
