Ok, need a little help with this one.

I'm selling my car to a friend of mine, but she lives and works in Ajman. She has an Ajman driving licence.

How do I go about doing this?

I think u just need to fine a used car dealer and he ll do the transaction of transfer papers for you ( for 500 I guess ) and then your friend takes this paper to Dubai police and they ll issue him/her temporary license plate that is valid for a month , then goes to Ajman police and register it there, it is a stretchy transaction bcz Dubai police is not yet under UAE police, they have their own.
