Hello,

i`ve got a short question.

I`m looking for an apartment (in a 5 stars hotel) in dubai for more then 5 month.

The apartment should have:
- One bedroom
- Livingroom
- Seperate room for my "little home-office"
- Located near to Dubai Marina
- Exclusive and modern interieur
- Hotelpool and wellness facilities would be fine

I want to pay not more then 23.000 AED per month

Who can help me to find a apartment with this requirements ?

My company had a good rate with the Kempinski when they put me up there... clsoe enough to the Marina, and nice place for business guests. Give them a call and ask for corporate rates. I think you'd pay less than 20k monthly. Good gym there, too!

Any other quality 2 bedroom hotel apartments within the budget of AED150K p.a. that you can recommend? Thanks.
