Erm I hate to ask this question, but why are you only recruiting Filipinos? I'm sure there are plenty of people of other nationalities whoa re qualified for your positions.

This kind of blatant thing needs to stop.

They will accept a very low salary that you'll never even think that it's a salary

You're generalising that the jobs are suited for filipinos because they accept low salaries. Some companies are recruiting certain nationality to match the working environment/culture of the company. Shall I list down more more reasons?

I am talking about company's culture or working environment of the company. Will you blame the management of the company if they prefer filipinos to be their employees? Will you blame companies hiring only arabic staff because they find only arabic staff suited for their working environment? and so on...

I hope you can comprehend what i am trying to say here.

Yeah! Why recruit only Filipinos?!?! How about the westerners or western-schooled others?

The recruiter preferred Filipinos maybe because...

- the recruiter is a Filipino/Filipino firm who aims to help compatriots.
- most employees are of the same origin. No language or cultural barriers means work done faster and easier.
- of cheap labor Filipinos make for.

Whatever... but just a warning, there are scumbags popping out somewhere in Sharjah, posting as a recruitment company aiming to help Filipinos on visit visa, they ask for a 50 - 100 Dhs registration fee. Just beware and tell your friends/aquaintances about this. Never gonna get a job thru them, not an interview, not a phone call. A friend of mine has been a victim. I hate them, they will destroy the image of the few good apples left. :?

Hi.

I will be in dubai next month, and will be looking for a job. I would be very interested to apply as Asst. Administrator. Can I ask for an email ad I can send my resume to?

Thanks.
