It will certainly create an imbalance between male and females. China is a prime example of how only allowing 1 child per couple, with that result being that couple want only a male child, has now created a massive shortage of women for these males to marry.

Sad it is to have to admit, but if a case was found here, do you really believe that the Gov will announce it?

Dubai is partly reliant on Tourism, it is already down (hotels are at 30-40% occupancy) and would slump even further if one was reported.

It does not matter what depreciation % you take, when you come to sell the car it is only worth what the market dictates and/or what somebody is prepared to pay for it e.g. if you buy a new car on the basis that after two years you will sell it and you find that it should only be valued at 30% less ...

Emerate, You have to admit, that while statistics show a large number of accidents were caused by Non-UAE nationals, it would be interesting to see the % per the population (as suggested by Dr.Strangelove) and it is a very good suggestion.
