Can one ride a bicycle in Dubai? Is Dubai suitable for that? If positive, what kind of bicycle is the best for Dubai? Won't there be problems with that? Thanks in advance people.

Not a single person riding a bicycle there? impossible at all? i would like to ride around the city when i have free time and for commuting as well, not for sports.

Ppl from ex-USSR do not usually smile without a reason. Personally i do not smile always too. It is regarded that a person smiling at you without a reason which is not clear to you is a dumb or stupid, or you may think you have your sweater on inside out or made fun of. I also hate artificial smiles...

I miss my sweet sister who is in Russia now.

Been to Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa etc. Lots of beautiful mosques, architectural masterpieces. Tasty food, mild weather, nice people, pretty girls :) Bursas's mnt. Uludag is a must-see place. Lots of picnic places in the mountains covered with pine trees. Cheers. :)

I also heard about Pamukkale in Turkey. I think it's also a good lace to visit. Pamukkale - nice place to visit too. Does anyone use GPS handheld devices and are maps of Dubai/UAE available for them? I am about to arrive in Dubai very soon and i will probably need one. Thanks in advance guys.
