My parents from Colombia are coming to UAE (they need visa), then going to India, then coming back to UAE to go to Colombia (everything within a month). That was the cheapest and easiest way. Is there anything as a visit visa with multiple entries?. Or do I need to apply for their visas twice?

has anyone got a refund from a visa?. Is it easy??. I am asking because if you sponsor some friends or relatives on a visit visa, you are supposed to give a 2000 refundable deposit. I dont want to pay so much money and not getting back...
