If you go to Bur Dubai or Karama there are stacks of vegetarian Indian restaurants. I can’t recommend a particular one though as I’m a carnivore

One thing to keep in mind although i think it is a minor issue, if you buy a car in Dubai and want to register it in Sharjah i think you have to Export it out of Dubai.
