Moving to Sharjah - Need urgent advise

Hi All, I am offered a job in Sharjah. I will earn monthly 8.500 AED. The offer also includes 15.000 AED bonus for the first year (for settlement costs) + air tickets + private insurance + incentives I'm single male.
